“Love Scout” Ending Explained- Episode 12 Recap And Finale

The hit SBS drama “Love Scout” has come to an end, and today, I’ll be recapping the finale and explaining the ending!

The episode begins with Ji Yun telling everybody to gather at the office the next day. When the next day comes, when Eun ho goes back to see her after reading the text. She explains why its actually better she resigns because of the circumstances.
The next day, she gathers them to say goodbye and asks them to look after Peoplz.
Jeong Hoon doesn’t take it well and is deeply upset, he confronts his father and they have a massive argument, he surrenders and tells his dad he will return to his company and he’ll do as he says. He then gets on his knees and begs him to leave Ji Yun alone. The father is not happy to see this at all.
Jeong Hoon talks to Ji Yun at night and she explains the situation was not worth fighting because its a loss.
When Hye Jin shows up the next day, she sees the majority of the employees have resigned and it caused a massive issue for her. As if things couldn’t get any worse, police shows up since the people she conspired with to ruin Ji Yun.

Police investigate them and Ji Yun testifies in the case with her sunbae about what happened 5 years ago.
She’s going down, and as she leaves and sees Ji Yun, she lashes out and claims she’s behind sunbae’s death, she’s furious.
Ji Yun then relaxes and takes time off being unemployed and going on dates with Eun Ho.
Jeong Hoon’s father visits Sung Hoon’s grave and he sees his former wife. She gives him photos of his son with him and Jeong Hoon. She asks him to be there for Jeong Hoon since he doesn’t hate him, he begins to tear up.
Su Hyeon and Jeong Hoon go on a date in a scary room and because of fear hug for the 1st time. Jeong Hoon meets up with his father and he’s kinda skeptical about what he wants, the father heart softens and he asks how he’s doing. Jeong Hoon tears up as his father seems to have changed his mind and even brought back his credit cards and told him to return home.
Ji Yun organizes her home to a temp office and tells Eun Ho to become her 1st candidate. Eun Ho is also told he should return to his old job, both Byul and Ji Yun celebrate his new beginning.
Ji Yun then invites her former employees to a party and asks them to be her new employees, Byul tells her she named her company We, so they name it We Company. The employees happily accept to go back and work with her again.
Jeong Hoon and Su Hyeon meet up and a fortune teller spots them and asks them to ask the real questions. They discuss their relationship and what they are. Jeong Hoon asks they become a couple and start a real relationship, the two walk away holding hands.

1 Year Later

Eun Ho is back at his work and doing well. He’s still happily dating Ji Yun. Byul started elementary school too. We Company now has an office and Eun Ho deals with his girlfriend’s company.

Su Hyeon has become a best seller and she’s still happily dating Jeong Hoon. MI AE and her husband have decided to have a child.
The ending scene shows Eun Ho and Ji Yun meeting after work at a busy intersection, Ji Yun runs to hug him.

“Love Scout” ending review

“Love Scout” was overall a cute drama. It had its lackluster moments especially as we moved to the finale, but overall, this was a very cute and fun drama to watch.

I liked a lot about it. The actual adult romance, the chemistry between Lee Joon Hyuk and Han Ji Min and even the supporting characters. It was all so darn cute.

The ending also reflects that. I also like that Eun-Ho no longer worked at Peoplz and has moved onto another job

Overall, “Love Scout” was a good start to 2025, lets hope there is more good stuff coming out this year.
