“Ms. Incognito” Ending Explained

“Ms. Incognito” has concluded its run earlier today. Here is the recap of its 12^th and finale episode!

Chairman Ga calls for Seon-Young who shows up with a document. Through conversation, he tricks her and pretends to be delirious thinking she was his dead daughter. He then mentions Sun-Young and how she’s pitiful after her father’s death which happened because of her mother. She ends up becoming furious and stabs him killing him.

He thanks her as he dies in her hands, we see a camera recording her actions.

Young Ran shows up to find him dead and cries her eyes out. She retreats for a bit until Lee Don shows up to tell her about the shareholders meeting. They check the CCTV and find there is no recording, nothing is working.

Dong Min returns to his hometown being unable to see Young Ran who refused to see him.

As Seon-Young gets elected the chairman of her mother’s company, Young Ran shows up and plays video recording of her killing Chairman Ga. Everyone panics as they see it. Seon-Young is furious as police show up to arrest her but she pretends to be unfazed.

Young Ran delivers a powerful speech and explains the management should go to Chairman Ga’s best friend who had been hard at work with him on the company from the get-go and the shareholders should be investigated for their crimes.

At prison, Seon Young is furious and telling the lawyer he should get her out. He says there is no direct proof she killed either her brother or her step-sister so she can get 5 years in jail, but she wants out immediately.

However, at her trial, we discover that Young Ran found the USB her brother had hid in his hotel room and it shows Seon Young killing Ye Rim, the judge accepts its submission and Seon Young snaps. The lawyer tells her he’s quitting and she tries to grab him by the collar and gets dragged out.

After everything concludes, Dong Min visits Young Ran and tells her its not her fault and that she’s a good person. He’s never once blamed her. He tells her if she ever needs, she can find him in his town and that he’ll only wait for her for 10 years.

Hye Ji is getting better and ends up kissing Tae Min who confesses he cares about her deeply. She even reunites with Young Ran who buys her ballet shoes and tells her to promise her they’ll always be friends.

Back in Muchang, Young Ran bought the land which the kindergarten was on and entrusted it to Ms. Lee.

Don Lee ends up quitting and leaving the place too.

In prison, Seon Young is rotting and she’s trying to cope but then Young Ran’s mother lands in the same cell and they begin bullying Seon Young.

Meanwhile, Young Ran found a video from Chairman Ga and he apologizes to her for getting her into this mess. He tells her to live happily.

After a while

Lee Don returns for a visit and finds a note of Young Ran saying she’s going to find her happiness. Hye Ji is holding her wedding to Tae Min. Young Ran ends up showing up to the wedding hugging her BFF. She also reunites with Dong Min. both talk by the beach and Dong Min says she should just stay her and the two end up kissing reuniting together.

The last scene of the drama includes Lee Don who now has his own practice meeting a famous person who wants to disappear. We find out he charges 50,000 won per a minute.
