Netflix’s “Hellbound” 2 has been released a couple of hours ago, let us recap the finale and explain the ending!

The arrowheads seized the building and killed off the New Truth CEO. Jinsu is watching from the side and notices his phone on the ground, he picks it up and messages Lee Soo-Kyung. He says she should arrange him a meeting with Park Jung-Ja or else he can make the arrowheads wreak havoc.

Meanwhile, Park Jung-Ja and Min Hye-Jin prepare to leave as the demonstration takes place. They begin to run off while they’re busy watching a live broadcast of the situation.

As they’re about to escape in the parking lot, they’re ambushed by the arrowheads and Jinsu appears, he catches Jung-Ja and tries to talk to her. He asks if she also sees monsters following her around, she holds his face and tells him it might be his hell is different from hers. She tells him the monsters are inside of him and it might be he’s a coward, he struggles to process this. As the conversation unfolds, he looks in the mirror and the monster disappeared. He rejoices for a little before the matter of the monster begins to consume him from within.

He tries to escape it as Jung-Ja and the rest escape. As they get into the car, Jinsu runs after them and asks to be saved, Hye Jin tries to and takes his hands and ties it to the car and speeds trying to extract him from the monster but it doesn’t work.

Ultimately, Jinsu is consumed by the monster. He then becomes one and escapes to the abyss.

The arrowheads are extremely confused. Lee Soo-Kyung says they will proceed as they intended destroying the arrowheads and announcing a new will for the New Truth as they might not get another chance.

Hye Jin escapes with Jung Ja and arrive at a junkyard. Her righthand man is not pleased she’s handing Jung Ja. He says this will enable them to hold power, create a better lie and get rid of both of the other cults. He chases after them and tries to catch them injuring Hye Jin in the process.

He finds Jung Ja and traps her under a car to be crushed as Hye Jin struggles to save her. He wants to kill her so no one can get a hold of her. She ultimately barely beats him and frees Jung Ja.

She then walks her to the location and a young man picks her up, she tells her its the only one she’ll likely ever be able to trust again.

Before she leaves, Jung Ja ominously tells Hye Jin that the world is coming to an end soon, thus, she should do whatever she wants. She leaves.

It turns out the man driving her is her son, she’s happy and thanks god for this.

The government is trying to maintain order and arrest several arrowheads but thousands of decrees are announced simultaneously. This includes a decree to Lee Soo-Kyung telling her she’s dying in two years.

Hee-Jung also dies in bed after severe struggles.

Chaos ensues as 1000s report seeing the decrees. In the midst of this, an injured Hye Jin travels to her group’s secret location and takes Jaehyun [the child of Bae Young-Jae and Song So-Hyun]. She goes downstairs and tells her team the new world is coming and they should all create their own.

She takes out Jaehyun and gets away. On the car ride, she tells Jaehyun she wants to let her know about her parents and would like to become her mother after that.

We get a flashback to when the parents, Bae Young-Jae and Song So-Hyun, tried to defend their child. They all burned but suddenly, Jaehyun reemerged from the ashes being reborn almost instantly.
