Park Na Rae Responds To Rumors Of Bullying Her Former Managers, Being Sued By Them And More
Comedienne Park Na Rae was hit with a provisional seizure application on her real estate by two former managers, and Park Na Rae’s side has directly stated their position.
On the 4th of December, Park Na Rae’s side told multiple media outlets, “Two managers who left the company last month without any issues suddenly applied for a 100 million won provisional seizure,” and added, “It is heartbreaking.” It is being reported that Park Na Rae was quite shocked by the legal dispute that surfaced overnight.
Earlier, Dispatch reported that Park Na Rae’s former managers applied for provisional seizure of real estate owned by Park Na Rae at the Seoul Western District Court and that they also plan to file a damages lawsuit later. The two former managers claimed that Park Na Rae engaged in workplace bullying, verbal abuse, special assault, errands related to substitute medical prescriptions, and failure to settle work-related expenses, and submitted related materials to the court.
The former managers claimed that Park Na Rae made them do personal tasks such as buying food for drinking, cleaning up after parties, forcing drinking gatherings, and being on standby 24 hours a day. They also testified that when one of them said, “I don’t drink,” they were verbally abused, and at one point, a glass was thrown and caused injury.
Issues regarding financial settlement were also raised. After the sudden accusations, Park Na Rae’s side initially said, “We are checking the facts and will release an official position through our legal representative.”
Park Na Rae has continued to gain steady popularity through many variety programs such as MBC’s “Home Alone.” Because she has been loved for her realistic and friendly image, this matter has also shocked many fans.
Since Park Na Rae and the former managers’ claims are in conflict, attention is focused on the direction of the upcoming legal dispute.
