Popular Korean Actress Opens Up About The Lackluster Launch Of Her Lingerie Business

Actress Song Ji Hyo is reportedly facing difficulties running her recently launched underwear business.

On the February 9 episode of SBS’s “Running Man,” the cast members mentioned Song Ji Hyo’s business and expressed their concerns.

Yoo Jae Suk said, “Song Ji Hyo started a business, but she’s been worried. I heard she only gets one or two orders a day. She says she’s in it for the long run, but every time we meet, she says, ‘Oppa…’ with a worried face. She just needs to hang on a bit longer.”

Rapper Haha, an experienced business owner himself, offered words of comfort, saying, “Everyone starts like that. Right now, the ‘stretching pose’ from her photoshoot is going viral. Just wait a bit longer.” Other cast members also cheered her on, saying, “You just have to endure this moment.”

In response, Song Ji Hyo reaffirmed her determination, saying, “I’ll work hard.”

Song Ji Hyo launched her underwear brand in December last year. The brand’s website lists her real name, Chun Soo Yeon, as the representative. She revealed, “I’ve been preparing for this for about eight years. I even went to Dongdaemun Market to check fabrics and feel them myself.”

Showing her deep attachment to the brand, Song Ji Hyo personally participated in the photoshoot. Some of the pictures, where she styled lingerie with jeans or a T-shirt, caught significant attention online.
