ADOR Finally Responds To NewJeans’ Minji, Hanni, and Danielle Announcing Their Return, “We Will Coordinate Individual Meeting Schedules”
ADOR will hold individual meetings with NewJeans members Minji, Hanni, and Danielle, who recently independently announced their return to the agency.
On November 13, an ADOR representative told Maeil Business Star Today, “We are coordinating individual meeting schedules with the NewJeans members. We will do our best to ensure smooth discussions.”
After losing the first trial regarding the validity of their exclusive contracts with ADOR, the NewJeans members officially announced their return to the agency just a day before the appeal deadline on November 13 at midnight.
ADOR had earlier stated, “NewJeans members Haerin and Hyein have expressed their intention to continue activities with ADOR. After thorough discussions with their families and the agency, they have decided to respect the court’s ruling and uphold their exclusive contracts.”
About three hours later, Minji, Hanni, and Danielle also announced their decision to return to ADOR. Through their legal representatives, they said, “One member is currently in Antarctica, which delayed communication, and since ADOR has not responded, we had no choice but to release our statement separately. We will continue to meet fans with sincere music and performances.”
However, it was later alleged that Minji, Hanni, and Danielle had not discussed their return with ADOR in advance. As a result, on November 12, ADOR cautiously stated, “We are currently verifying the authenticity of the three members’ intention to return.”
