Rapper and producer MC Mong has denied rumors of an affair with Cha Ga Won, Chairperson of p-Arc Group and CEO of One Hundred and revealed that he is currently in a relationship with another woman.

On the 24th of December, MC Mong stated on his social media (SNS), “I will say it once again, I do not have any impure relationship of any kind with Chairperson Cha Ga Won, and I have someone I am currently seeing.”

Earlier, The Fact reported that MC Mong, who co-founded One Hundred with Chairperson Cha—a married woman—had been in a romantic relationship with her for several years, and that there were circumstances suggesting Chairperson Cha had personally handed 12 billion won [$8,303,811] to MC Mong.

In response, MC Mong denied this, stating, “I swear I have never had such an inappropriate relationship, and it is not a 12 billion won litigation matter, but naturally a relationship for fulfilling debt obligations.”

Later, MC Mong issued another statement to his Instagram stories, he wrote,

The contents including artists that I sent to you, the KakaoTalk messages you sent to me regarding Chairperson Cha—all of that has been turned into a story at the level of a pornographic novel by someone.
I even broadcasted attachments of records showing that I was actually the one who sent billions, rather than receiving them.
I have always remained silent.
But from now on, I will sue everyone who mentions military service evasion, affairs, or words that are too unspeakable to even utter.
Do not beg at the police station. Please, do not beg even if you are dying.
From now on, I am going to release all the resentment I have suppressed for 16 years

Chairperson Cha’s side also released a statement, explaining, “The contents of the article and the KakaoTalk conversations were all untrue. MC Mong had been threatened by a person named Cha, a relative of Chairperson Cha, and sent those messages after they were manipulated.”
