The First EVER Kpop Song To Win A Grammy, “Kpop Demon Hunters” Golden Wins An Award

“KPop Demon Hunters” has made history!

On February 1 [local time], the 2026 Grammy Awards took place in L.A.

Golden was nominated for Best Song Written for Visual Media competing against “As Alive As You Need Me To Be” (“TRON: Ares”), “I Lied to You” (“Sinners”), “Never Too Late” (“Elton John: Never Too Late”), “Pale, Pale Moon” (“Sinners”), and “Sinners” (“Sinners”).

The team ended up snagging the award that night. EJAE, Mark Sonnenblick, Teddy, 24, and IDO accepted the award. This marked the first time Korean Kpop lyricists and music producers took home a Grammy Award.
