After Deleting His Instagram Account With Over 50 Million Followers, BTS Jungkook Rejoins The Platform
BTS’s Jungkook is back on Instagram again!
On July 15, Jungkook launched a new Instagram account, around two years after deleting the previous one he had which had originally amassed over 50 million followers.
The newly opened Jungkook Instagram account has @mnijungkook as its handle. As of this article writing, the account has already garnered over 3.8 million followers.
While streaming with fellow BTS members on Weverse, Jungkook confirmed that it was indeed his account. HYBE’s official accounts also follows it.

Originally, back in February of 2023, Jungkook decided to delete his Instagram account and told fans it was a personal decision and he was not hacked. At the time, Jungkook said he likely won’t be back.
Many fans are welcoming Jungkook back into the platform as excitement builds for the group’s upcoming activities as they begin preparing for their 2026 Spring comeback.
